These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website available at fairgames.gg (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.

1. Website operator

The operator does business under the brand “FairGames Studio” (the “Studio”, “we”, “us”).

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website is an informational and portfolio site presenting the Studio, its game development services and its projects (including experiences published on the Roblox platform), together with related statistics. The Website allows visitors to contact us via a contact form and external channels (e-mail, Discord, LinkedIn).

3. Use of the Website

• You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security or availability.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems, nor use automated tools to overload or scrape the Website in a manner that disrupts the service.
• You may not submit unlawful, offensive, misleading or infringing content through the contact form, nor use it to distribute spam.

4. Technical requirements

To use the Website you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled and cookies/local storage allowed for essential functions. Certain elements (such as background video and icons) require modern browser support.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including the “FairGames” name and logo, text, graphics, layout, images, videos and source code, is protected by law and belongs to the operator or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Trademarks and game titles of third parties (e.g. Roblox) belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only. The Website is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

6. External links and platforms

The Website may contain links to external services (e.g. Roblox, Discord, LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Statistics and availability

Game statistics and other figures presented on the Website are provided for information only, may come from third-party sources and may be delayed or change over time. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time.

8. Liability

The Website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory provisions of Polish and EU law.

10. Complaints

Any complaints relating to the Website may be submitted by e-mail to fairgamesfairgames@gmail.com. We will respond without undue delay, normally within 14 days.

We may amend these Terms for valid reasons (e.g. changes in the law or in the functionality of the Website). The current version is always published on this page with the “Last updated” date.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law; this does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
